OPEN ACCESS STATEMENT
ALIL is an open access journal, in the terms of DOAJ definition: ”journals where the copyright holder of a scholarly work grants usage rights to others using an open license (Creative Commons or equivalent) allowing for immediate free access to the work and permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose. The terms of the Creative Commons license do not apply to the copyright holder. When the author retains copyright without restrictions, the license applies to the readers and the publisher. Authors retain the copyright of their papers without restrictions. Authors will grant the publisher the right of first publication, and other non-exclusive publishing rights”.

Declarație de acces liber
ALIL este o publicație cu acces liber, în termenii DOAJ: „publicații în care deținătorul copyrightului unei opere științifice permite cititorilor accesul liber folosind o licență de tip Creative Commons sau un echivalent”. În mod gratuit, cititorii pot citi, descărca, copia, printa, căuta în text sau folosi un link către acesta, pot integra datele oferite de articol în cercetări și statistici legale și le pot folosi pentru orice activitate științifică permisă de legislația în vigoare. Autorul (autorii) operei păstrează copyrightul, fără nicio restricție. Autorul (autorii) transmit editorului (ALIL) dreptul primei publicări, precum și alte drepturi de publicare neexclusive.
